Kwicket (“Kwicketgames.com”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a browser-based cricket game and related services.
By accessing or using Kwicket, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kwicket. If you are under the age of majority in your state or country, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
We authenticate with one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping that email address accurate and accessible, not sharing OTP codes, and all activity that occurs after a successful OTP sign-in.
Kwicket offers time-limited access plans:
Plans grant personal, non-transferable access to play Kwicket during the applicable access window. Access windows run continuously once started; they do not pause or extend for inactivity, connectivity issues, or device changes.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store credit card or banking information. Pricing and available plans may change from time to time; any change will apply prospectively.
Because access begins immediately after checkout and sign-in, all sales are final except where required by law. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us at play@kwicketgames.com.
Kwicket requires a compatible device, a modern browser, and a stable internet connection. Performance may vary by device and network. You are responsible for any data charges and for meeting minimum technical requirements.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation/bots/auto-clickers; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code; copy, frame, scrape, or mirror the service without permission; bypass access controls or interfere with security or operation; resell, rent, transfer, or timeshare your access; upload or transmit malware, spam, or illegal content; or use Kwicket in violation of any law or regulation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Kwicket, including its gameplay, code, graphics, trademarks, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal entertainment during your active plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation.
The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We strive to minimize interruptions, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The only personal data we store is your email address. Payments are handled by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details. Email addresses are removed by request only.
Kwicket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for access in the three months before the claim arose, or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using Kwicket at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or for operational/security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive (for example, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to informal resolution.
